To access the full range of db876 Platform services, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to all Accounts at all times:

• Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the db876 Platform. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. db876 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• db876 reserves the right to request KYC documentation, including a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• You must notify db876 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or your login credentials have been compromised.

db876 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use was made possible by your failure to safeguard your login credentials in accordance with these Terms.

All financial transactions on the db876 Platform are governed by the following rules. db876 processes deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳):

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. db876 does not charge withdrawal fees on mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless db876 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• db876 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Processing may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

db876 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible Accounts subject to specific promotion terms. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

• Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be accepted.
• Players may set deposit limits on their Account by contacting db876 support. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours after the increase request is submitted.
• db876 will not knowingly permit a self-excluded Player to re-register or open a new Account during any active self-exclusion period. Players who circumvent self-exclusion to access the Platform do so in breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the db876 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent Platform security or integrity measures.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identity information.
• Colluding with other Players to fix bet outcomes, share cards in live table games, or otherwise compromise the integrity of any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your true location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in or to the Platform content are granted to you.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the db876 Platform without the prior express written consent of db876. Unauthorised use of any Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, db876's liability to any Player in connection with the Platform is limited as follows:

• db876 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity.
• db876 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
• Where a game malfunction, technical error, or software fault results in an incorrect display of outcomes, odds, or balances, db876 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the Player's Account to its pre-error state. db876's decision in such matters is final.
• Nothing in these Terms limits db876's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

db876 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in connection with Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and Platform use.
